This is an older 135mm Nikkor-Q f/2.8 lens with a Nikon mount. It says auto on the front but I've always used it as a fully manual lens and I don't see any electrical contacts on it.
Its a sturdy full metal body with a built in (unscrews and slides out) lens shade. On the front it also says Nippon Kogaku Japan. From what I was able to research that means it was after the occupation of Japan. They were reputed to be a high quality lens.
I've only used it on a 35mm DOF adapter and have no camera to test it. For video resolution it works fine.
