25 fps MJPEG problem

I’m having a trouble when using the ptool fpX function.
With the new UHS Sandisk card I can achieve 1440x1080 but only at 30fps.As soon as I change the speed to 25 fps via the fps function and I have any other box in the MPEG meu checked the picture starts freezing, chocking or whatever you call this.
This happens also with 1280x720 @ 25 if I play with tables & Quality functions.
Do you guys have any idea?!? As I’m located in PAL country it is important for me to be there.

Unfortunately, the MJPEG encoder will only work properly at 30fps on both NTSC and PAL cameras. If you use the patch to reduce the speed to 25fps, it will simply discard every sixth frame from its 30fps video stream, resulting in an uneven frame rate.
