Yep. Vegas can edit just about anything you throw at it, you can mix formats and frame rates in the same timeline and it'll still figure out how to make a good video from it.

Just installed this program... it seems pretty organized...

I shot this short film in the 24pa with a 16:9 adapter on the DVX100a camera but my option is not to go for film transfer but to make dvds.

What kind of settings should I go for when capturing and editing with vegas, any tricks I should know about.

Do I set all the settings when I capture and edit to 23.97? right?
