MichaelP, in another post you wrote that, "V.5.0 eliminated the need for a Mojo for output". I had heard this as well and puchased the upgrade from Pro to HD.
However, I cannot output sound back to tape in 24pa projects. The video plays out, but no sound is present. I have been to many boards and the concensus seems to be that audio output still requires a Mojo, because you still need to do an 'audio pulldown'.
Is this true???
I can't imagine that it is because adding a feature that allows output of video to tape without audio is worthless.
So I guess my question is, has anyone successfully outputted a 24pa timeline with audio to tape, without the use of a Mojo? And if so, do you have any advice for what I might be doing wrong?
Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated. I don't want to buy a Mojo if I can help it.
