24p or 24pa to cut w/Varicam

I'm shooting interviews w/Varicam HD at 24p/16x9 for a proj. that may or not make it to a film out.
B-roll is to be shot w/DVX100a 16x9(no ano).
Question is:
24p or 24pa? final product will be ntsc video with a possible film out if we are lucky

I guess that depends on what you plan to edit this with. Most likely you will be using 24pa since the varycam will need to be edited in a 24fps timeline.
