How do i edit as 24p or 23.97 if ia shot as 24p...Do I edit as 29.97 if i shot in 24p Advanced? I import it as 24p at the beginning so does that mean that i am editing in 24p, what about 30p how do i import and edit as that?
Please answer!!!!Thanks

And also how do i export to get the best quality? Do i just export movie or do i use adobe media encoder?

If you shot as 24pa then yes, import it into a 24p timeline and leave throughout the process. Then you can burn a 24p DVD directly. If you shot 30p edit in a regular timeline as 30p will have recorded at 29.97. You can tell premiere its not interlaced footage but progressive. Best output is to make sure you have recompress turned off. If you are going to output a DVD as final product then use the Media Encoder and select MPEG2-DVD and premiere will transcode both the video and audio which will be put on the same timeline in your DVD authoring package such as Encore.
