Okay, so I got my live capture situation fixed all up by turning on the camera before entering the program. Here is my question: Can I do a live capture in a 24p project and it will capture that video at 24p and I'll have a "Faux 24p" in a way??
If you are shooting at 60i with the camera, and you are in a 23.976 project, it will not create a 24 frame c aperture since the motion capture and frame rate has already been determined by the camera, shutter and frame rate. The DV stream is only a transport for the already captured video which is 60i with fields and frames.
