24 or 30 fps Timeline? Suggestions?

We are currently working on a snowboard flick for this upcoming fall and we are wondering to put all of our shots into either a 24 or a 30 timeline. There is a rather big mixture of footage since we are collaborating with a bunch of videographers. There will be a fair amount of slow motions, but we want it to look cohesive...any suggestions would be awesome --- Thanks.

Justin, you kind of have to go with the lowest common denominator. If there will be any 60i footage, and you don't want to convert it to 24p, then you need to use a 60i timeline. If that is the case, easiest to shoot the 24p segment as 24p Normal mode, not Advanced.

If you shoot 30p, you can't convert it to 24p unless you intend to use it for 80% slo-mo, so you'll need to edit as 29.97 -- in which case you'll want to shoot 24p (not advanced) as well.
