GH2 24 mpbs Creative Motion Picture Mode

I've purchased a GH2.

On page 102 of the manual, there is a function on the right wheel called "My colour mode."

It allows you to switch between EXPRESSIVE, RETRO, PURE, ELEGANT, MONOCHROME, DYNAMIC ART, SILHOUETTE and CUSTOM.

Question: can you film in 24mpbs in My Colour Mode, or does it default to 17 Mbps?

Also, does the scene mode and advanced scene mode (on the same wheel) film in 24 Mbps, or do you only "get" 24 mpbs by switching to the Creative Motion Picture Mode only?

I think 24fps is only with Creative Motion Picture mode only. The red video button can be set to 720p or 60i
