My buddies and I are doing 2 24hour film festivals this week - one yesterday, and one tomorrow.
Here's our film from yesterday, it was kinda ridiculous - Carl's Jr apparently was sponsoring the whole thing, so instead of this year being "Make a short film," it was, "Make a Carl's Jr Commercial" and they even required we use a Carl's jr restaurant, a Carl's Jr "Bacon Western Cheeseburger" and the tagline, "Nobody does western like Carl's Jr." Yeah, an actual commercial. I was super pissed and some people even stormed out, yelling at the people who put on the festival.
So we decided to make something that Carl's Jr could never actually use, though we decided to stay along the rules, so we used the ingredients and avoided profanity, nudity, innuendo, etc and made this. Every body loved it, but you'll be able to tell why we didn't place. We got lots of appreciation from other filmmakers who said they voted for us, and I'm pretty sure we scored enough points to place, but the coordinators bumped us off because they're jerks.

Saturday should go way better. We already talked to the festival heads who are making sure that nothing like what happened here gets pulled again. If nothing else, though, this was good practice.
