Who has watched the first two hours? The next two are tonight! It's such a brilliant show. They never cease to throw me for a loop!

i've never gotten into the show. all my friends are saying how cool it is and all but i've never watched it cause i have a schedule of tv shows i watch. i'm going to start renting the seasons that are on dvd...

thank God for Tivo. I didn't even know that it was on again tonight. What the hell am I doing here...I gotta go watch. Thanks.

I watched it last night for the first time, and was impressed. I've put the first season atop my Netflix list.

Season two was probably my least-favorite, but I still really liked it.

I hope elisha cuthbert shows up in this season though. She was missed very much last season. haha

Yeah, I just finished the last hour of the four hour premiere. All I can say is, wow! How does one make a show so good!! I am gripped, it looks to be the best 24 season ever. Sean Astin is in it too, which it cool!

I am once again watching it and have it down as pretty much one of the few TV shows that I tune into on a regular basis. Last season I thought completely sucked though. It was a nasty case of them constantly needing to up the ante from week to week and it became so over the top that it just ceased to be enjoyable. For this season it seems to be starting out alright, but even with the ending of last nights episode it appears as if they are heading down the same road again, constantly upping the ante to propel the story in a manner than makes the situation unbelievable therefore destroying the illusion that has been built of this real time drama.

My point on why last season sucked... SPOILERS FROM SEASON 3
It starts out with an attack on a train and then Defense Sect'y kidnapped and put on trial by terrorists for the world to witness. That was just a smoke screen for the terrorists trying to cause meltdowns at nuclear power plants. That was just a smoke screen for the terrorists attacking Air Force One. That was just a smoke screen for the terrorists stealing codes to detonate a nuclear weapon which they stole. C'mon, I'm not doubting the intelligence community or the will of terrorists, but how often do radical groups not just set an objective and try to pull off that single objective? It just became way too much.

It will be interesting to see what happens this year, whether the show can reclaim the twists and turns but hold onto some of the realism from previous years, or whether it is just going to become this constant jumping of the shark with so many turns that it actually collapses upon itself.

I'm continuing to watch, but I'm convinced that this show finds it necessary to jump the shark at least once a week... only 19 weeks left to go!

When the hell is his daughter gonna show up, she's so hot!

And Sean Astin's character is getting really annoying.

Yeah, I'm thinking she'll be showing up real soon. I actually like his character, and he's supposed to be annoying... so it works.

I was riveted by the first season. Liked the second season, just not quite as much.

Last season sucked big time.

So far this season's OK, but I don't think it will come close to the first two.
