23.97 to 29.97 workflow

I have a 23.97 project shot and edited in 23.97 in Final Cut that needs to be 29.97 for broadcast. What is the best method for conversion?.
I used compressor and changed the frame rate to 29.97 and in Frame Controls changed Rate Conversion to Best and Duration to 100.000%.
Does this look like a good workflow?
 
Normally, you simply export to whatever format they require and it's all taken care of for you. There's probably a template for it. What do they want, exactly?
 
Not All NLE packages will properly introduce a 3:2 pulldown for you.

With that in mind compress small 30 second segments untill you get it correct. Some packages only do it properly in SD, but not HD. Search in google depending on your software package to see if it will introduce a 3:2 pulldown when encoding 23.976 to 29.97

No, that is not a proper workflow because compressor does not introduce a proper 3:2 pulldown. Do this:

Import the final movie project into after effects. Make a new sequence that matches the movie (23.98fps, bla bla). Then FILE > EXPORT and in the output area:
