In the picture you will see a tear about 5" long near the corner (about 18" from the parallel edge and 24" from the perpendicular edge). It looks very easy to stitch up and it will be good as new.
All of the ties are in the grommets and is in great shape aside from the tear. You are saving over a hundred bucks for that.
