I am considering parting with my MacPro, I love it but I ultimately just purchased it with the intention to of doing something, and not what I was doing at that time. So I'm going to downgrade but I'll attempt to give a MORE than fair asking price.
Building all of what is on my Mac Pro on the Apple website right now the total is
$4249.00 and thats with out Taxes, which depending on where you live could add as much as another $425
Grand Total of $3674
Now if you are building a studio suite this is the machine you need. So I'm willing to part with it at my low price of ....
$2900 SHIPPED
So what I figured when calculating it was you first of all pay NO TAX, which is a savings of $400-475
So ultimately its a tremendous deal, no matter how you shake it.
I'm in Chicago so pickup is available if you'd like, I will ship and have factored that into my asking price, but it will be standard ground UPS/FedEx. If you want it insured you have to pay for that. Not sure how much more it will be, but just keep that in mind.
If you want to buy it, I will need a 10% unrefundable deposit to consider you as true buyer. I have been had over on people saying, "YEAH I"M GONNA SEND THE $$$ TOMORROW" and so I, attempting to honor my dealings, turn down other offers from people who are willing to pay that day, and their payments never materialize, so that is why I NEED the downpayment. So if you want to waste your time and mine, it'll cost you $290.00. So my suggestion to you is don't say your gonna buy it if you
1. Don't have the $$$ ready
and
2. Aren't sure if you want this model
This post isn't right for those people.
But to all sure about this MAC and want to go ahead, simply PM me, I'll then send you my email, which might actually be on here anyway, but we can go from there.
I won't post on ebay due to the tremendous Ebay fees I'll have to pay.
So here are the specs.
