2 urgent infoa: 50p and zebra

Hi,
how can i set the camera af-100 with 1080 50p instead of i?I ve jst found that in 1080 i can just choose 1080 50I not P; the 50p option is only for 720. Is there anything i'm missing?

Other question: i tryed the zebra but i don't know ,once they r on, when the image is overexposed or is ok.Now it' set to 80%, what should i consider?

There's no 50p in 1080 mode. Only 25p (in 50 Hz).

Zebras are set according to preference, but generally, you don't want the brightest parts of Caucasian skin to be much more than 70. So, if you set one to 70 and see lines on anything but the very brightest highlights on a face, it's probably too bright. You can set the second one to 100, and anything with lines is blowing out to white and is overexposed. There's a lot more to it than that, but it's a place to start.
 
I assume your in 50Hz pal land, no you have not missed anything its 25p or 50i unless you select VFR to get 50p then with no sound
I regularly switch between 50Hz and 60Hz to get 30p.
As a guide i set one of my zebra markers to 95% to act as an alarm when i approach over exposing, also use the histogram to see what the image exposure is doing
