GH3 2 question for gh3

Hi, i had the first intensive use last weeks during holidays, so quick way to use and needed to have fast response to my needs. One problem i come across is to respect the 180 rule for shooting video at high sunlight. If i want to use big aperture and need to have ss at 50 it happened to have too much light in the camera. How do i solve this? second question. For the same reason in stills i tried to lower the iso. The minimum for default is 200, but activating the extended iso in menu i can go down to 125. What cons in activating this, if there are any? thanks a lot

let me understand, what is the size to get? i have 14-45 45-15 and a vintage rokkor 50 . a 52mm filter will fit all?

Fixed amounts of ND filter have the best optical properties. Get a filter size that is the same measurement as you largest lens diameter (read the front of the lens) then use a cheap step-down adapter to use the filter on your smaller lenses.

ah ok so it is meant to have a choice then? how can i read the effectivmess, i mean 0,9 what does it mean? can we say it in term of stop or whatever?

If I am carrying just one (small bag) it is ND 1.2 (4 stop reduction). ND 0.9 is three stops which I find isn't enough in strong sunlight. The brand I use is Tiffen (Shane Hurlbut's preference) which is a good dependable quality but economically priced .

I have 3 filter sizes to contend with, 37mm, 46, and 52. 37-52mm, and 46-52mm stepup rings take care of the two smaller lens filter sizes and several of my lenses have 52mm filter threads so the one 52mm takes care of all the m4/3 lenses I use.

I recently ordered a Rokinon 85mm T1.5 Cine lens which takes a 72mm filter so I ordered a Tiffen 72mm ND 1.2 filter with it so I could use it in daylight right out of the box.
