^not quite sure what that black spec is, i think it must have been something on my uv lense filter i have attached, cause i didnt see it in the previous grab.

your getting some nice vignetting on the bottom right corner.
try adjusting your camera settings a bit, nice grabs but a little too overexposed for my tastes and the shots are still pretty soft.

Yeah it really is not where it should be. Overexposed, very soft, and vignetting on the edges, gamma is not correct. Mostly can be adjusted in your camera, except for the glass. Looks like the back of his head on the second shot is where your focal point is, but even that is soft. Make sure your subject is in focus, no matter how shallow of a depth you have. If you miss it, it looks like junk. Sometimes a sharpening filter will help you in post. And from the looks of the second photo, I think you can make some adjustments in post to make it look good.

yeah, my problem is, every opertunity ive had to use the lense im in a rush. That was for a levi commercial (fake) i was doing and i pretty much streaked santamonica blvd. So i didnt really have time to ajust it. I have some BEAUTIFUL footage from the lense but i gotta rewind on my dvx and cap it in. My water cooling on my editing system is leaking so i gotta get that fixed first. heh
