Tax return = time to upgrade. That being said, I'm listing 2 of my tripods up here.
The model is the Libec TH-M20.
These tripods are in exellent functional and asthetic shape and are still covered under Libec's 3 year warranty (purchased new in July 2009 from B&H). Both tripods come complete and full featured with quick release plates, built in level, head (8.8 lb capacity), 65mm bowl, legs and thier original tripod bag (one bag has a broken zipper).
Legs are 2 stage and include rubber/spikes built in. Each tripod has only been used 5-6 times and then stored in its bag.
They have served me well and may they do the same for you.
