2 camera shoot with hpx300 and hvx200a?

I'm new to the P2 world and just got my hpx300 last week. I have a 2 camera shoot next week with it and a hvx200a. We will be shooting 720p/30pn. Any advice or suggestions to get both cameras matching would be appreciated. Are there matching scene files i should use?

Another question I have is about the work flow. I'm planning on transferring the files from the hpx300 directly to a hard drive. Once I've done this, can I then plug that same hard drive into the hvx200a and transfer those files to it? Or will that hard drive only be able to connect to the hpx300?

1) you can download scene files from Panasonic that have been tweaked to match per camera. At least, I think they have...

2) If it's a dual-interface drive it might work. I think the 300 uses USB host mode, but the HVX uses firewire host mode. So you wouldn't be able to physically connect the drive to both cameras unless the drive has both USB and firewire. If it DOES have both interfaces, then I *think* it'll work, but I haven't tried it.
 
Make sure you have plenty of cards. It's amazing how quickly you start going through cards when you add cameras
