Up for sale is a package I purchased on here a while ago but just haven't used it enough to justify having it. Great setup!
2.5 foot IGUS slider rail comes with DIY adjustable legs
6 foot IGUS slider rail with pre-threaded holes to attach the same legs for the 2.5 foot slider
1 Glide block (fits both rails) with 3/8 mounting bolt for tripod heads
2 Velbon VideoMate tripods (with quick release plates)
$350

I spent quite a bit of time tapping the holes for these legs on the 6 foot slider so the legs could be used interchangeably on both sliders if you so desire. The tripods work great for raising your sliders off the ground and even giving you a leveled or an angled slide.
I'd prefer to sell these to someone in CA or Oregon as when I purchased it, the shipping was ludicrous for that 6foot slider + all the other gear... so I'd rather try to deliver to someone in person.
