hello all.
this is my first post, all though i have been on dvxuser for the last couple of months familiarizing myself with the ins and outs of shooting with the hpx and hvx and it has proved an invaluable resource so im putting forward my problem to see if there is an easier solution than i have been able to work out

currently i am in the process of putting the pieces together to shoot a foinal table of a holdem poker even in asia. we will be shooting in 720/60p using 2 HPX170's and a single HVX200a with a continuous shoot lasting in between 2-4 hours or more.
with this amount of continuous shooting needed i am at a loss to find a way to record all footage from each camera
here is my current video equiptment

2x HPX170
1x HVX200a
4x 16gig p2 cards
4x 32gig p2 cards
1x fs-100

with the length of the shoot it seems we would need more p2 cards is we were going for the option of having an assistant dumping and formatting cards as they fill up using either AJ-PCD35 or AJ-PCD20 (although i have read on the web about some corruption issue with the PCD20 when using it in conjuntion with a external firewire drive wich is basically a must for our shoot)

we were also considering a live switching option with one of the various video mixers available but with the HVX200a lacking an SDI output we scratched that idea earlier on because of the loss of quality through the component ouput on the HVX

the final option i can think of would be a mutli channel dirrect to disk recording setup using something like adobe onlocation or another piece of software to have all video streams recoreded continuously

do you guys have any ideas/thought on the most logical way to handle this shoot? if i have to aquire some more equiptment then that is no problem im just a bit stumped at how to handle the recoding/storing issues!

thx in advance
Dave.

PS.
we will also be recording 7 seperate audio channels one for each player and one for the tournament director giving commentary. these will all be wireless setups but im still at a little bit of a loss as how we will record each spereate audio track.... possibly to a serperate laptop on set runing through an 8 channel audio mixer into a multi channel recording software

any input on this would be appreciated aswell
