2/3 B4 mounted lens with extender?

Yes, according to everything I've read, the image circle becomes large enough to cover the sensor, with the usual two stop loss of light.

And with lots of optical issues as these extenders were optically designed to have a clean image in the center of the image, not for covering a larger image area. There is usually a very noticeable loss of resolution and chromatic abberation plus brightness and contrast drop off in the outer part of the frame. AbelCine´s HDx35 adapter is designed to magnify and expand the image without these optical artifacts.

Both the B4 to m4/3 adapter and Canon J13x9 arrived this week and I've done a brief test. So far it looks excellent and both the mount and lens are super solid. Cool to have a a 36-468mm lens at about F3.5!
CA is visible when wide open but goes down already at F2.8. Love that smooth iris and zoom function. It's not an IF lens and I'll try another B4 lens next week hopefully.

It's dark outside so not much to shoot but I pointed the camera across the street about 100 meters away and saw a window into a garage. In that window a night fly was struggling to get in and I could see it with this lens! More info and pics here.

I'm all for DIY, but have you actually seen the wires inside a cable with Hirose connectors? Pretty small and fragile--there's a reason why specialty shops charge that much for one-off cables. I've ruined more than one cable with my clumsy soldering skills.
