2-2 USA-Canada 24 sec in the 3rd!

Unbelievable game! Great entertainment and play from both teams.

Congrats to Canada and the USA for making this one of the most exciting games ever!

Now I can breathe again.

Interesting side-note…

I got my hair cut by a Russian woman the other day, and she was bemoaning their effort against Canada. She said the entire country knew the Russian players hadn't even shown up that day, and she and everyone she knew questioned their pride and whether or not they even cared.

Both Canada and the U.S. played with heart and pride, and both clearly wanted the gold. As pro athletes making good bank playing hockey, it was nice to see that the only thing that really mattered to any of them today (and the whole tournament) was representing their country, and doing it well.

This is what sport, and international competition, should be.

It is interesting to think....US beat Canada (5 to 3), Canada beat US (3 to 2) in overtime.
US actually scored more on Canada...just saying....

Well said.

Rocked out to the game on my 9 foot screen and 7.1 surround! As an American recently migrated to Canada, I kind of won either way, but what a game! The US team has nothing to be ashamed of.

My wife's from here, daughter born here, already owned property...once I realized I could work from anywhere with fedex and an internet connection it was a no-brainer. I'm saving at least 700 bucks a month on health care, not to mention the private school fees I'd have to pay to get my daughter a decent education in Los Angeles...The trade off is that it's colder than an Eskimo's nutsack for half the year.

Fedex rules. Sure everything is now a 3 day international delivery and minimum cost is $60, but FedEx rules for living in Canada and working in the US. Are you in Vancouver or Toronto?
