1st day of class...HMC-150

I'll probably be using the Gh1 for most of my projects, but I'm taking my first production class @ college (HA!) and they use the HMC-150...so despite knowing exactly how to use one (and HVX, HPX-170, etc) I'll be being "trained" on it today....hopefully I can help some people out. This is the "never touched a camera before" class which we're required to take to move into further production...so we'll see how things go.

I'll post here if I learn anything interesting about the camera (somewhat doubtful it wouldn't have been covered here) or (more likely) have any questions that myself, my professor, or my classmates need answered.

I remember my intro to video class... after working at a TV station for 6 months, with the 3 months previous to that spent as their photog intern. I got bored in class because 75% of what was being taught I already knew. The danger comes from not paying attention and missing that other 25% (since that's what's usually on the test ). But it is nice to be able to help out other classmates... made for a much more enjoyable learning environment all around.
