1st Concert Shoot starring Kool & the Gang

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of shooting Kool and the Gang here in Dallas. We used two DVX100A's set to 24pAdvanced. The sound was captured directly from the FOH console to the DVX. Sound and Look turned out great! You can see some frames at http://www.LightedPath.biz . I'm editing the footage on FCP HD.

I'll watch later; I'm editing.

But I did get drunk with KOOL from Kool in the Gang. Well, I was getting drunk at least; he was nursing.

Thank you. I appreciate your encouragement.

I used FCP HD all the way. For Titling - LIVE TYPE and the score was done completely in SOUNDTRACK. I have Combustion 3, but have yet to master it enough to put it into the workflow. I'm hoping to change that with this Kool & the Gang work. I'm going to try to use CB3 to design a motion menu for the DVD that I'll be authoring in DVD Studio Pro3.
