1957 FE HOLDEN w LEICA R 19mm 2.8 VII

Seeing modern cars in the background just ruined it for me. The beautiful colors, the organic scenery, the car and driver just breezing around town as if there isn't a care or worry in the world, and then the modern cars just snap me out of the feeling of nostalgia. Next time make sure you get rid of those futuristic vehicles in your shots!

I'll also say that there were times I felt like the car was sort of a time capsule compared to the modern cars surrounding it. It's a good selling point, because that's the exact reason why someone would purchase it in the first place. I'd say they were a bit of a distraction on the narrative side, but a benefit on the selling side. I'm a little emotional when it comes to classic cars in their right habitat. Haha.

You sold me visually, though. Beautiful job.

Many shots were like moving photographs a family could have taken in the 50s.
