1792 x 1008, 50 Mbit/s - perfect for my GF1

Hello,

I found a great settings for my GF1 !
Works stable with fast SD class 6 and bright 20mm 1.7 lens.

Resolution: 1792 x 1008 (more pixels than 1440x1080)
- It is definitely not upscaled image. (update - it is.. but it look realy good.. )
Transfer: 50Mbit/s

MJpeg_Q: 220, 200, 180, 160
MJpeg_T: original
Color: 4:2:0

Camera playback: No (just copy the movie file to your PC and play)
This resolution allow to render great 810p movies with software
image stabilization.

How is this "hybrid resolution" an improvement over lpowell anamorphic patch, speaking from a GF1 perspective ?

The frame sizes of my anamorphic MJPEG patches are scaled to match the squeeze factors of the most popular anamorphic lenses: 1.33X, 1.5X and 2X. In addition, I've fine-tuned the Q-table and T-table settings of each patch for highest reliable quality. The frame sizes Lukasz is using have 16:9 aspect ratios, which scale the original 1280x720 frame proportionally without anamorphic distortion.
