16GB P2 card problems

I just got a 16gb card to go with my 8gb card for my hvx200.When I turn the camera on it says my new 16gb card is "Incompatible Card".
I'm using a Macbook Pro 15".Please help!

Go to the Panasonic website and update the drivers in your computer.

There's a great big yellow sticker that wraps all 16GB cards that says that. You cannot use 16GB or 32GB cards unless you're running the latest drivers.
