16:9... 4:3?? Help!

Hey everyone, here's the situation.

I am cutting in Avid Xpress HD 5.7.2

I am working in a 720p23.976 project.

Now, it's 16:9, but how could I export out at 4:3 with a 16:9 crop? Is this even possible? Thanks.

Make sure your composer window is set to 4:3. Then use the 16x9 (letterbox) Reformat effect on a seperate (top) video track. Export using native dimensions (should be 4x3).
