Damn I just bought one of those RPS 200w LED spots. I'm shooting a commercial and needed a lot of daylight on household without sound being an issue. If I like the RPS 200w one I might order the Alzo 3200 also.

Yes, for some time now. I have three and they can be dicks sometimes (no, I'm not gonna strike just now, sorry). But I'll use them til they die, they have a bowens mount so softboxes/etc are plentiful.

The bulb-ballast combo is a dynamite little thing though, also gone. I have two of those - Alzo sells the bulbs still. Probably the greatest thing ever for daylight china balls.

I actually found a $50 ballast that strike the cool lights 150 CDM bulb, but that's a G12 base and needs UV filtering, so a few extra steps to china-heaven. Makes a great fresnel conversion though, seems about 500-600 watts tungsten equivalent, which I find to be a sweet spot for chinas and fresnels in smaller sets.
