This is indeed the latest version . . . left the factory 9/19/11. I received it the following day, specs:
2.2GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7
Mac OS X v10.7 Lion
Final Cut Pro X, Compressor, Motion
8GB 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2x4GB
500GB Serial ATA Drive @ 7200
AMD Radeon HD 6750M 1GB GPU
8x Double-Layer SuperDrive
MBP 15" Glossy WS Display
AppleCare Protection Plan*
Apple Magic Mouse
Apple wireless keyboard
$2575 shipped to your PayPal verified CONUS address in the original packaging with my Fedex receipt showing when it left the factory. If you were planning to buy one of these you already know that represents considerable savings. It's less than 6 weeks old and I simply don't have the time to learn a new OS and editing platform. I will try to post pictures on Monday (if not sooner).
I have been a member buying/selling here since 2005 or you can check me out on eBay as "david_regenthal" with 100% feedback. Want it? Best contact is my e-mail: dregenthal@comcast.net
