14,000 Posts: How DVXuser changed my life

I'm thinking of writing a book... no, seriously... this has been an incredible journey, from when I first joined until now... I won't go into detail here, but those of you who have been along for the ride remember the days of the "Random thread" fun times...

A lot has changed since then, to be sure, but I still have the same great friends here on "user". I'm going to send some shout-outs out to a few people... and I know somewhere I'll miss someone, probably more than just one person, and for that I apologize in advance! Here goes!

Dude, you have inspired me in so many ways to hone my skills and keep pushing forward in film. And it was great to finally meet you in person recently! Awesome!

Wow. All I can say is... wow.

HTF did you get up to 14,000 posts? That is an incredible or very sad accomplishment*. Actually, I have some consolation now that I see that I'm in the top thirty posters out of some 30,000 users. That makes me feel good today. In a lurky, Internetty-creepy way.

*No offense to everyone else who has achieved this accomplishment.

i would actually have close to that number, but the majority of my posts are deleted for using curse words to attack others or because they contain photos of myself dancing around in my underwear. so pretty much all the mods delete them immediately, except for luis caffesse, who sometimes requests them.
 
Jarred created a ugafan algorithm that automatically parses, quarantines and deletes your naughty posts. You could be one of the few members with a negative posts-per-day count. You're like the Italy of DVXUsers.

Brandon is like... I don't know - China? Maybe he should be placed on a one-post-per-day program.

Brandon, congrats I guess :-). 14,000??? Wow! It took me just over two years to hit 1000 and I thought I post a ton! I guess in 26 years I'd have you tied :-).
 
Wow, props man! You are a great person to have around here and I always like reading you're posts. I probably post at a similar rate but because I created my account and didn't post for a number of months, that has affected my "post-per-day" number. Even still, I have a great time here regardless. Maybe too great of a time...in fact, I never leave...I am thirsty...and hungry...and tired...
