GH4 1080p bitrate

Well, I guess it doesn't matter anyway. After seeing some aliasing/moire in 1080p, I guess I'll stick with 4K then.
 
The given bitrate is not constant; that's probably the upper limit. It's how much you could potentially see in super complex situations. Depending on how you're determining the bitrate, that's probably an average over the entire clip, rounded to a clean number. It's worth noting that the 200Mbps mode uses intraframe compression and not interframe. In general intra is better, but requires very high bitrates to be worthwhile- higher than the GH4 delivers. As such, I generally recommend 100Mbps for HD mode recording.

Agafilm is correct; the bitrate is variable - 200 (or 100, whichever you've chosen) is the max.
