1080p at 30p?

I'm doing a music video shortly, and I had planned on shooting some 30p footage @1080p on my 5D, then conforming it to 23.98. I'd also sped the song up the correct percentage, to give it that slow motion look, but keep the lip sync intact.

Can the GH2 do this? Shoot at 30p?
 
Yes, the GH2 has an "80% slow motion" feature which shoots 1080/30p and automatically conforms it to 23.98, so you get about a 20% slowdown. But no audio will be recorded during any recordings made using this feature.
 
do the slow down in post processing.. and if hes shooting a music video he should, at the very least be capturing the sound off the mixer with external recorder. if you really want it pro do the song in a studio and then use ableton to quantize the video to match the sound signal.. thats what I would do anyhow
