F55: 1080p 59.94 XAVC-I CB won't transcode to PR properly

I'm trying to use Catalyst Browse to transcode & export some footage shot on an F55 at 1080p 59.94 to Pro Res and I continually get footage that won't play and looks completely bizarre - strange patterns with large field of dark green. Anyone know what's going on.

I want to look at it in pro res because I'm looking at bicycle racers and see stuttering in the legs and wheels but while I assume its because its being played back from the SxS card in CB - i want to make sure. I'm not editing just reviewing footage. I have a late 2013 IMac 14,2 with I7 3.5GHz processor 32 G memory and Cuda NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M w 4G VRAM if any of that matters.

Per usual it's best if you can make a short clip available for download so someone can tell you how it looks on their end.

Yeah I know that didn't work. So putting it in drop box is the answer? Its a 500MB file so pretty big to upload. I will post a scene shot of what I see which doesn't play past the first frame anyway.

500MB is a pretty small file (in this day and age and when dealing with dozens of GBs), but I don't know how much available space Dropbox has.

Sometimes people have issues with importing a file because they are either using some 3rd party software to transcode it or don't have the right plugins in their NLE, etc.

If you uploaded the native file from the card/drive/etc, we can take a better look. (And not saying you're doing something wrong...but just saying.)

Hmm, Just converted an MFX clip from the XDRoot folder using Edit ready and its fine.
So now I know the footage is good - no stuttering - but I don't know why it failed in catalyst browse.

I'll try to do a dropbox delivery but I guess don't want to do it from an original MFX clip anymore because the problem is the CB transcode.

Nice. P.S. It's usually recommended that any transcoding be done with/from a drive.

(In other words, don't try to transcode footage while it's still on the card if you're trying to do so...unless that's how CB works, not sure.)
