I only use my video on the web for my business (testimonials, documentary type promotion, etc) With my GH1, I always shot 720p and it looked great.
Just got the GH2 and would like to understand 1080i use.
Can I edit in Final Cut Pro directly if I shoot in 1080i? And if so, can I then compress in compressor and upload to Vimeo with 1080i? Can all this be done with out any additional de-interlacing step sor pulldown - which I never had to deal with before shooting in 720p.

Oh - the reason I will never use 1080/24p is because I dislike the jittery look to the video which I have seen on every 24p video I have watched.
