1080 or 720 for Greenscreen & Keying?

So I need to shoot greenscreen for the first time with the HVX... Done it with film (16 & 35) so lighting etc is not a problem.

But what is the best frame rate in 1080 or 720 to allow smooth keying in post? I assume that one of the 1080 settings is best, but which one?

1080/24pA or 1080/30P would be best.
