I no longer shoot video, I sold all my video gear and focus on photography now.

CONDITION:
Fluid Head: (9.5/10) -- Fluid head has a few cosmetic scratches on one side from the shipment from B&H.
Overall, the fluid head works 100% perfectly, super smooth.
Tripod: (8/10) -- The legs are 100% perfect.
The mid-level spreader was broken in shipment. Held with gorilla glue, works fine just handle spreader with care. No urgent need for replacement.
