100a background pulse?!!?!

i shot some interview stuff with two 250 kinos and 24p mode,anyway. I figured i'd post this cuz this is strange. After watchign the footage the background thats out of focus moves in and out. Hard to explain, but it seems like its pulsating. Wierd, anyone have that issue?
I cant post a screenshot cuz you cant tell by it and a small wmv wont show it either

I've seen a similar effect from the DVX, when in autofocus.
It looks really bad sometimes.

You sure you weren't in autofocus?

yah u know what, in some clips i was in manual and some auto, so yah that might be the asnwer, thanx Bill!

it has happened to me.....I finally got the culprit..It was the stabilizer i think it is the OIS button..with hand on it.

hehe, ok next time i shoot some interview stuff i will make sure its on full manual and also look into the ois
