100A and 100B

I'm filming a short commercial informational video and am shooting interviews with a two-camera setup. One of the cameras is a DVX100a and the other is a DVX100b. For some reason, I cannot get the color from the two cameras to match up. The 100b seems a bit more yellow or orange, and its contrast seems to be a bit more aggressive. I reset both of them to factory settings and had no luck. I couldn't find any info about any different color settings from the 100a and the 100b, but it seems as though there is definately a difference.

Does anyone know any information about how to match up a 100a and a 100b? Is there something wrong with one of the cameras?

Thanks.

James

I believe the white balacing will do it,but i've used a dvx a and b on a wedding once and the a was signifantly grainier.

I believe the 100B upgrade included changing to newer sensors in the camera so that could be part of the problem (it would explain the grainier footage that reem12 saw with the A.). They should be pretty close with the color reproduction though (although there is a possibility they're a little different). As long as you white balance both in the same light, they should come out about even.

yeah alien i thikk your wright.if anyone reading this pst is thinking of purchasing a dvx the dvx b will be your best bet in terms of cleaness.grain is veyr limited but also i think the grain is what contributed to the image of he 100a looking slightly more filmic then my upgraded 100b.
