My 100A and 100B are both having the same issue. When using the main zoom rocker, it stops and starts during zooms in and out. Zero issue when using the button on the handle, no resistance when manual zooming, feels as smoothing as it should.
I'm taking them in for service for head cleaning next week, but would like to know what I should expect to hear about the zoom issue, or if it's something I can do myself. Just want to make sure I don't get taken by the repair place.
