Did you think about bringing the background down a little or a adding a little texture there? Looked good though, just a different way to go.
Appearing water bottle didn't bother me as you were using jump cuts presumably jumping time in a larger interview or commentary.

I saw this thread right after you posted it and wanted to be one of the first to comment but where I have evacuated (myself not my bowels) only has dial up, and I had to steal time on the single phone line (Satellite high speed comes next week thank God!)
