[FS: General] 10.9 HD Director's Monitor

Guys. THAT IS my monitor.LOL. I constructed that DIY tutorial but never used the 10.9 more than twice.
When Manhattan LCD first started, we explained to them the panels that the DIY Monitor guys needed.I originally posted the tutorial on HV20.com.
(Here's the 10.9 next to the 7.2) John supplied the kit and I discovered the Neilsen Frame as enclosure ( my favorite non-secret) .Eventually Manhattan LCD found a commercial source for ABS enclosures and that was that .
I wrote the user manuals till about 3 years ago when he stopped hiring us.
I still have my 7.2 but the 10.9 is a nicer size for clients/Director. Comes with my DIY sunshade and I improved the mount. Still 1/4-20 on the horizontal base but much better quality that the prototype I used in the tutorial. This is NOT the brightest monitor out there, especially outside in bright sunlight, but I calibrated it with my Matrox MX02 and it's spot on for broadcast.

Well hell, Zeph. That's outstanding! You get yer six pack of beer for that one! Too bad Manhattan LCD cut you out of the loop. Ain't fair.

Thanks for the compliments chaps. Despite repeated warnings to stop doing DIY I can't seem to lay off. Invention has a way of forcing the handyman to work the hands.
Anyway, looks like I may have a customer....
