1/4" 3/8" screw plans

Hello everyone.
I'm produceing DIY equipment, so I need some help.
I need 1/4" tripod screw. I've found some on Ebay, but almoust 50$ for 20 screws with shipping to Russia is not good. So I decided to make them myself.
Does anyone have 1/4" screw plans?

I live in Russia and we have metric count system, so all parts are in millimeters. There are no inch screws. That's the problem.
 
I live in Israel, which also uses the metric system. However, hardware stores sell these standard sizes using their inch names.

BTW: 1/4"=6.35mm.

Another consideration: instead of searching eBay for 1/4 screws in their Photography area, why not search under Hardware. It may be cheaper. What's preventing the price from going way down is the weight.
 
The threads are UNC 1/4-20 and UNC 3/8-16

You should be able to get them from a industrial supply store or machine shop for sure.
