1/2000 shutter speed & editing on CS5

Hello,
Not too long ago, I was trying to experiment with 1/2000 shutter speed on HMC 150. When I took it to Premiere Pro CS5 and slowed it down and I had this result

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4V0a1-4Ng5o

The recording setting: 1080 60
Shutter speed 1/2000
CS5 sequence setting: 1080 60 non-anamorphic
Speed: First person (25%) Second person (8%)

Now, as you can see, you can sort of see the "smudging" of movements in each frames. The one who's dropping to the ground was slowed down quite a lot. I was expecting more crisp and smoother... I've seen some crazy videos that you can even see rain drops clearly. Or relatively good quality of hummingbird's wings.

Did I not do something right? or is this what it supposed to look like with 1/2000? Was I supposed to turn on the frame blending when exporting?

Thank you.

You're slowing down the footage too much. If you're conforming 60p footage to a playback rate of 24p, you can slow it down to a maximum of 40%. Any slower and your NLE will have to interpolate all the extra frames.

If you want the footage slowed down that much, try Twixtor. I've been able to get 60p footage slowed way the hell down. It's not perfect and you'll have to learn to shoot around the limitations of the plugin, but it's pretty damn useful for doing ultra slowmo without having a Phantom.

Here's my test:
