¿How to clean the LCD screen?

Hi everybody!!

I've been searching for long but haven't been able to find any info about how to clean the LCD screen.

The camera's user guide says to use some kitchen detergent to clean the camera but is the kitchen detergent suitable to cleaning the LCD too? Can I use this kind of detergent to clean it?

You know, I am not an expert on what should or shouldn't be used to clean your camera. However I have always used a non lent cloth such as one used to clean eye glasses. That seems to work very well. ( that does depend on how dirty the lcd is)

From the get go I cleaned with a eye glass cloth and maintained a clear and clean looking lcd.
 
I wouldn't use detergent anywhere near your camera.
Especially anywhere near the LCD.

I do as RGB does.
An eyeglass cloth for the LCD, and occasionally i'll use "Dust Off" around the camera body.

I do use an eye glasses cloth to clean the camera but the LCD has some stains I can't erase just by using this cloth... and I'm afraid to damage the delicate surface of the screen.

Ok...NEVER use detergents on your camera. If you have junk on your LCD that a eye glass cloth won't get out, wet a cloth (not a paper towel) with warm water and lightly scrub on it. Make sure the camera is NOT on while you do this.
