Oh Mark, by the way, that was an awsome job you did with the gutted body. I have been getting into motion tracking but havn't been able to practice since I have nothing but a laptop here for now. Once I get my machine back I have a bunch of shots I'm going to work on for a music video. I liked that you could see into the body.

Aram, THANK YOU for your FINE FILM!!!!!!!!!!!

I really want to learn to capture images like you did!

Just beautiful!!!

Congratulations and Good Luck!

I've had a great time!

Dudes, where's the love for the producah -- defined as "the creative force behind the film," and in this case, actually, also the uncredited exec producer (and First AD). Of course, I can see how reading this thread you might not realize Aram had a partner in making this film...

Hi Aram & MsManhattan. Just watched 5B for the second time. It was enjoyable mostly due to the charisma and comedy of the two female actresses. The ghost girl was off the wall and makes me errupt in laughter everytime she does that thing after saying "It's perfect". They just seemed to be having fun playing the parts.

The sound while the tenant is getting her mail seemed a bit harsh. Perhaps it could have been kept under control and foleyed in post?

Your titles were really cool and professional. Can't decide if I like the ouija board or fire jets more.

The dialogue was a bit awkward but maybe that was the point? To play up the humor?

The lighting was pretty good but I think the color correction was a bit overdone.

Pretty decent job all around. I'd like to see more of your work. Did you participate in Zombie, SciFi or HeroFest?

Take care!

BABE! the love for you goes without saying!!! we all know this film would just be "crutchi-Cam" if it werent for Arams bettter half!!!!

Leslie is the shiznat. Energetic and Talented... and when needed on set, just enough of a stern boss to keep you in line. But you know deep down she still is nice to you. ( but we lazy DP's need to be prodded to work faster)

Awww. Mad love to my WHH (Washington Heights Honkey) Leslie. I'll get coffee and donuts for one producer and that's you and only you!

ROFL

Thanks for commenting. The sound was what it was because I don't have my wireless mics here and since this was a last minute idea I had to do with what I had but thats ok, we are happy. I love the titles too, it was the first time we actually paid attention to them. We really need to make a Puffin Films bumper.
Yeah the dialogue was campy on purpose to fit the "in your space" thing the ghost girl was doing. I personally hate when people touch me or get too close.
I hope you saw the MP4 version thats less worked. Actually I don't CC that much of my stuff too extremely. All I do is add an exposure curve to bring back the colors and contrast to the footage. The first upload had too much contrast.

You can view most of our flicks here:

I just added 5B to the mix.
