    Unwanted Shake Effect When Transfered to PC

    I shooted with a DVX100, 24P standard mode. When I transfer to pc, at the bottom or the top, I can see that the image kind of shakes near the black stripes, the image seems to shake a little also. It's worst when I add effect and render. I transfered with Vegas 9.0, my video rush is at 23,976...
