Hi. I am a newbie with this video thing. I just want to ask what is causing the flicker on the video above. Thanks Note: the lights are ordinary 20w office fluorescent bulbs around 14 pcs. installed in the ceiling 10 feet high.

Can anyone please guide me on how to edit my videos.. I am totally clueless about editing videos.. Please give me ideas on how to start from scratch.. things like.. What i should do first with my video after shooting it.. What softwares to use and which ones should i use first in editing...
