    Glidecam help

    I have a t2i and recently bought a glidecam 2000 pro and manfrotto 577 quick releaseI have been having a hard time getting my drop time to be around the suggested 2 seconds.I have tried all kinds of things, but it us alleyways too fast.Any words of wisdom to getting a slower drop time?Thanks
